Olivier Falcoz | Associate Director & Co-Founder

Olivier has been in the security and risk industry for 14 years, in sensitive or demanding business environments with both private sector and public organizations. His background is a combination of responsibilities in the Government sector and experience in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries, from camp services management to security and safety consulting. He has experiences in Asia and South-East Asia, Western and the Horn of Africa, Brazil and French Guyana, Afghanistan and the Middle-East.

Olivier holds a Master Degree of Business Administration from Paris Dauphine University and a Post-Graduate Degree in Financial Evaluation from Bordeaux University, France. He is also Associate Expert at IMARISC (Institut de Management des Risques Criminels), France.

Stephane Bulckaen | Associate Director & Co-Founder

Stephane has an extensive background in the Risk Management industry, mostly in Asia and South East Asia where he has been implementing projects on behalf of international corporations since the early 90s. His experience covers remote projects in sensitive locations such as South America, Burma, China, Laos, Vietnam. Stephane is the CEO of Opus Securitas Ltd (UK) and Managing Director of its affiliate branch in Vietnam, which is focusing on Sustainable Development and Risk Management in the region.

Thierry Gougy | Legal Advisor

Thierry is an Attorney at Law with 10 years experience in Asia.

Thierry is graduated from the Institute of Political Sciences, Paris, holds a Master of Business Law from Paris Assas University and a Postgraduate Degree in International Business Affairs from the University of Paris Dauphine University, France.

Pascal Najadi | Strategic Advisor

Pascal is the Executive Vice President of the AIAK Group coordinating their merchant banking activities and international relations. Since 2007 he is also the Representative for Bombardier Aerospace & Regional Aircraft in Vietnam. He is a co-founder of "East-West" magazine, the first english-language luxury lifestyle magazine in Vietnam. He also serves as an Executive Vice-President at the Davos Management Institute, Switzerland and Malaysia. He is a Vice President of the SEED Foundation in Washington DC, a non profit bi-partisan advocacy group that provides economic-political information, research, and business news throughout the region. During 1997 until 2001, Pascal was a Director of Kleinwort Benson in London, the merchant banking arm of the Dresdner Bank Group, heading up the firm’s Emerging Markets Group for Africa, Middle East Central Europe and Central Asia. From 1994 until 1997, he was a Vice-President with Merrill Lynch International, London, co-heading their Capital Markets Origination efforts in Central Europe. Pascal started his banking career 1988 at UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland.

Pascal holds C and VSH degrees in Economics from the Rosenberg College, St. Gallen, Switzerland.
